How much does delivery cost?

Orders of less than €70 have a €6 delivery charge and orders over €70 have free delivery.

Does the parcel say 'Ann Summers' on it?

No! All items are delivered in plain packaging with no brand names or logos. If you have concerns regarding the privacy of your delivery please see here for more information. 

What if I don't like it?

You have 8 days from the day the item is signed for to send it back unused and in original packaging. After this time only items that are faulty may be returned. For hygiene reasons, certain items can not be returned at all. See our terms and conditions for details on this.

Is payment secure?

Yes. We offer both debit/credit card payments and PayPal. Our card payments are processed by Realex. You will be redirected to Realex's secure payment portal during checkout to make your payment. AnnSummersIreland.ie never see, and have no access to, your financial details.
