Is delivery discreet?

Yes, delivery is very discreet. Each order is packaged into a plain padded envelope which is then sealed into a plain mailing bag for extra security.


Are there any names or logos on the parcel?

There are no names or logos on any parcel, only the shipping label with delivery address. Our sender name with our couriers is ASI, again providing completely discreetness.


How long will delivery take?

Delivery is usually between 2-3 working days max. Should we encounter a longer delivery time during busy times (i.e Christmas, Valentines) you will be contacted directly to advise of any delay.


Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking information will be sent to you by email once your package has left our warehouse.


Who will deliver my parcel?

We use DPD couriers throughout Ireland/Uk. DPD will also text you on the day of delivery with an estimated shipping time.


Can I get my order sent to a different delivery address than my billing address?

Yes, we can deliver to any address you like. During your checkout process, you will be asked to supply both your billing and shipping address separately so you can deliver to anywhere you choose.


What will appear on my bank statement?

To ensure complete discreetness on your bank statement, Ann Summers Ireland will not appear on your statement. What will appear for your transaction will just be ASI.


Do you ship to Parcel Motel?

Yes, we are happy to ship to a parcel motel address, you must be registered as a parcel motel customer and provide your PM number on your order form. Parcel Motel is a paid registered service with Nightline, please ensure you are a registered customer and you provide the correct Parcel Motel address and PM number. Whilst we are happy to ship to Parcel Motel, we cannot accept Parcel Motel as a billing address, the billing address must be your correct address of the card you are using to purchase.


Can I return a product for an exchange or refund?

Yes, we offer an easy three step return policy. Due to the nature of the items we sell, please ensure you read the returns policy and a returns form must be submitted. We have a returns team who will be happy to assist and advise throughout this process. 

Will I Be Charged Any Additional Fee's Or Charges?

No, you will not be charged any additional fees or charges. Our shipping fee's are as standard at €6.99 per order and free if you spend over €80. Ann Summers are paying all associated costs with sending goods to Ireland following the implementation of Brexit, so our customers will never have to pay any additional fee's or charges. DPD are our shipping partners. DPD will never call asking you to pay additional charges, if you receive any emails/calls of this nature, this is a SCAM and you should disregard.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Delivery is to maintained at 2-3 working days as standard, however, in the early part of January we are expecting small delays whilst everyone settled into the implemented procedures. For that reason, we ask you allow up to 7 days max for delivery.

DPD have cancelled arrivals from the UK, will this effect my delivery?

No, your order is being sent from within Ireland, if and when we need to obtain stock from our UK head office, they are flown in on an international priority service. Your order will not be effected by DPD's road service from UK to Ireland.

Can I Still Return Products?

Yes, our returns policy will remain the same and all returns but first be submitted online, and a member of our returns team will then contact you directly to advise of next steps.

When Will I Receive My Tracking Number For My Order? 

Your DPD tracking number will be issued to you once your goods have cleared any checks needed. Tracking is normally issued the day before your order arrives once it has passed through our main shipping hub.
