SHIPPING & PACKAGING CHARGES
At this time AnnSummersireland.ie ship within the Republic of Ireland , Northern Ireland & Europe. Our normal shipping charge is €6.99. Shipping on orders exceeding €80 are free of charge (Republic Of Ireland only, free delivery does not apply to international orders)
We use DPD Courier Service and all parcels are sent in plain packaging containing no logos or names. Your parcel can be fully tracked online. We offer a next day delivery service, subject to stock availability. Delivery takes 7-10 working days but we usually have them delivered sooner.
**In times of system updates, delivery may take up to more than 7-10 days, however, this will be notified to you in advance.
** Please note: if you change or instruct DPD to deliver your goods to a different delivery address from your original provided delivery address, directly between you and them, we will not accept responsibility or liability of your parcel. Any further communication or correspondence must be direct and only between yourself and DPD **
In the unusual situation that an item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the expected delivery time to check that this is acceptable.
GIFT VOUCHERS & DISCOUNT CODES
AnnSummersIreland can only accept vouchers and discount codes issued by Ann Summers Ireland. Ann Summers Ireland are unable to accept gift cards purchased in a retail store.
Ann Summers Ireland does not accept UNIDAYS discount codes.
All payment processing is carried out by either PayPal, or Realex, depending on who you select during the checkout process. Both systems handle millions of transactions every day and both employ the latest and safest security technology.AnnSummersIreland.ie never see your credit/visa debit card details and have no access to them.
If you are not happy with something you purchase from us, then you can return it to us within 28 days of receiving it and we’ll be happy to exchange your item(s) or refund it for you*. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags intact for lingerie, and all seals intact for toys and accessories.
There are a few things we cannot exchange or refund, these are:
- All sex toys, where the packaging/box has been opened, unless the item(s) are considered damaged or faulty
- Lingerie, which has been used or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been removed
- Hosiery which has been opened, used, and where the seal has been broken.
- - All thongs/briefs/bikini bottoms are non returnable once they are opened.
3 Step Returns Procedure
We have a simple three step returns process at Ann Summers Ireland:
1: Read Returns Policy
2: Submit Returns Form*
3: Return Items and we will look after the rest
*Returns form must be submitted first, item(s) received back with out a returns form submitted will be returned or held under dispute.
** Please do not return excluded return items as they will be sent back to you and will not be processed for a return.
Returning Your Items:
When returning your item(s) please ensure the item(s) are packaged into a sealed envelope/package. So we can process your return, please include a copy of your invoice or a little note to mention your name, order details so we know we are dealing with your return. We do advise you obtain proof of postage when returning a package to us.
You can also return your item(s) to a retail store; however, your item can only be exchanged in store. Our retail store will not refund your order. If you decide to do your exchange in a retail store, you must bring a copy of the invoice to show as proof of purchase. **Due to covid-19 all retail stores are currently unable to accept returned item(s) until further notice.
Returned goods we receive which do not meet the above criteria in relation to being in their original condition will be considered as ‘In Dispute’. In Dispute products will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason will be given as to why the product is In Dispute and we are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you, at your cost, otherwise they will be disposed of after 30 days from their receipt back to us. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Ann Summers Ireland will not appear on your bank statements/receipts. The transaction will appear on your statement as ASI.

We welcome any comments; we depend on you to tell us how we can improve what we are doing. Our aim is to deal with any problems and difficulties quickly and fairly. If you have reasons to complain about our service, please contact us and state why you are making a complaint. We aim to always respond to all enquiries within 24 hours either resolving the complaint or establishing a timescale for its resolution. We always strive to resolve complaints within three working days.
